Trinidad Black Cake Trifle (Caribbean Fruit/Black Cake)

- 4 slices Caribbean Christmas Cake or Christmas Pudding
- 1 - 400g jar Morello Cherry Compote
- 500 ml brandy cream or Greek Yoghurt or Whipped Cream
- Layer the base of 4 individual trifle dishes with fruit cake or Christmas pudding. See Caribbean Fruit Cake recipe
- Place a layer of brandy cream on top of the cake, followed by the cherry compote and repeat until the dish is full with cherries being the final layer over the cream.
