Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 large red onion (cut in quarters)
- 4 large garlic cloves
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley
- 1 red chilli (optional)
- 2 Bay leaves
- 1 bell pepper (orange or red) cut in quarters
- 150 ml fresh lemon juice
- peel of 1 whole lemon
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 200-250 ml water
Instructions
- Blend all of the ingredients at high speed.
- It doesn't get easier than this:)
- Variations:
- For plain-ish leave out the red chilli.
- For mild add 1 red chilli
- For hot add 2 red chillies
- For extra-hot add 3 red chillies
- Servings : 6-8
- Ready in : 10 Minutes
