Ingredients
- 1/2 large white cabbage (or 1 small) grated on large cheese side
- 2 medium carrots (grated on large cheese side)
- 2 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt ( add to taste)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and mix thoroughly to combine.
- Serve as a side dish. Enjoy!
