Ingredients
- 270 ml double cream
- 1/4 cup sprinkles
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup caster sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl add the cream, sugar and vanilla.
- Whisk until the cream has thickened.
- Add the honey and continue whisking until the cream has thickened to a frosting-like consistency.
- Mix the sprinkles into the cream by hand.
- Pour into a plastic container and freeze for a minimum of two hours.
- Serve and enjoy!
